Our website and back-end providers may store data on servers located outside of Canada (including the United States); by submitting the form, you consent to this transfer. Who can see it
Your information is accessible to JDH Projects Ltd. and to Kaplex Industries, our website and systems provider, solely for the purpose of operating the website and lead system on our behalf. Service providers are required to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to serve the purposes above and to meet legal and business record requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
