I’m Jonathan — a Red Seal carpenter who has spent fourteen years renovating and finishing homes across Greater Victoria. I work directly with homeowners, bring the right trades together, and hold every job to the standard I’d want in my own home.

Yes. For multi-part renovations we bring in electricians, plumbers, and other trades we trust, and hold everyone to a high standard.
Your choice: transparent cost-plus where you see every invoice, or a fixed price when you’d rather have certainty. We pick together at the quote stage.
Yes — alongside full renovations we take on smaller projects and repairs too, from a half-day fix to a few weeks of work. There’s a small minimum for short call-out visits, which we’ll confirm when we book. For anything that needs a certified electrician or plumber, we’ll bring in the right trade.
Where a permit applies, the work proceeds under it with proper inspections. That protects your home’s value and your insurance.
