- No guarantee of availability. References to booking windows or response times reflect our typical practice and current schedule; they are not contractual commitments and may change without notice.
- Inquiries. Submitting the contact form does not create a client relationship. A client relationship is formed only by a signed written agreement between you and JDH Projects Ltd.
- Intellectual property. All content on this Site — text, photographs of our projects, logo, and design — belongs to JDH Projects Ltd. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. Third-party marks (e.g., Houzz, Red Seal) belong to their owners.
- Project photos. Photographs depict past projects. Results vary by site conditions, materials, scope, and budget; images are not a promise of identical outcomes.
- Reviews and testimonials. Reviews shown reflect the genuine experience of past clients and are reproduced with attribution to the platform where they were posted.
- Acceptable use. You may not use this Site or its forms to send spam, solicitations, automated submissions, or unlawful content. We filter and discard such submissions.
